We are looking for an experienced Program Manager tomanage key regulatory and strategic programswithintheBanking&InternationalDataorganization. This roleis responsible foroverseeing activities that support the execution, enablement, and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with lines of businessand functions. This role partnersextensively withseniormanagement andcollaborateswith awiderange of stakeholdersacross functionsto achieveteamoutcomes.? An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, along with strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise arerequired.
This job requires excellent communication skills needed to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. This role is an individual contributor role working in a team of project managers for the Banking & Data PTS Manager SVP
Responsibilities:
Define,trackand changemanagementplans for regulatory and strategic change initiatives.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects plans including delivery actions and escalations.
Driveadoption of Citi Project Management Council (CPMC) standards in managing change including a wider adoption of PTSwithin theBanking&International Data Organization.
Manage a robust change control process with detailed supporting documentation explaining the rationale for change and impact. Challenge senior stakeholders as necessary on the changes and their impacts.
Gather, synthesize, and distill detailed information to deliver executive level communication.
Develop content for relevant governance forumsand present program summary and progress to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred. Prior consulting experience with a certification on programmanagement andchange management preferred.
Experience of managing large scale projectsleveragingPTS will be highlyadvantageous.
Communicates effectively; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels.
Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet sharedobjectives.
Exceptional negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels.
Optimizeswork processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the "big picture" while paying close attention to detail.
Organizational savvy: understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpretthem.
Working knowledge of Data Operating Model practices, Data Governance and Data Compliance within large, financial services firms.
Education:
Bachelor's/Universitydegree, master's degree preferred.
