Key Areas of accountability/responsibility
Develop and execute overall project procurement strategy in compliance with requirements, policies, and processes.
Define vendor list for the full external spend, manage RfX process and contracting/ordering process.
Closely collaborate with colleagues from Group Operational Excellence, the BU's and Group Procurement.
Prepare and lead fact-based negotiations and award contracts for all equipment & services required in the projects.
Mitigate procurement related risks.
Measure and evaluate supplier performance.
Enforce, share and implement best practices.
You Bring
In-depth proven knowledge of drafting and implementing Large Capex project procurement strategies.
Category Local Market insight in our Industry.
8+ years experience with the dynamics in multi-million projects from feasibility until mechanical completion in multinational companies.
Contract management skills.
Act responsibly and work efficiently, self-leadership.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
Collaboration excellence, decision making, interpersonal and communication skills.
Result oriented, emotional intelligence, quick learning, can-do attitude.
