We're seeking someone to join our team as (Associate) Production supportto act as the primary interface, facilitator, and owner of the assigned project from a project onboarding and support perspective. Clients primarily are Morgan Stanley HR senior management and BU stake holders. This team is responsible for the project onboarding and production management of HR projects globally, ranging from small scale ad-hoc requests to large project support deliverables.
Enterprise Technology
Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services for Morgan Stanley supporting all business applications and end users. ETS provides capabilities for all stages of Morgan Stanley's software development lifecycle, enabling productive coding, functional and integration testing, application releases, and ongoing monitoring and support for over 3,000 production applications. ETS also delivers all workplace technologies (desktop, mobile, voice, video, productivity, intranet/internet) in integrated configurations that boost the personal productivity of employees. Application and end user functions are delivered on a scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure composed of seamlessly integrated datacenter, network, compute, cloud, storage, and database functions.

Supports clients in attracting, developing and engaging employees through Technology innovation. Implements Technology to help reinforce the Firm's brand through driving new business and fostering business collaboration. Leverages Technology to help connect employees to the Firm and our culture, as well as to highlight the Firm's people and accomplishments.
Software Production Management & Reliability Engineering
This is Associate position that oversees the production environment, ensuring the operational reliability of deployed software, and implements strategies to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

What you'll do in the role:
·Proactively support HRIT projects adhering to and ensuring best ITIL quality and delivery standards.
·Experience of supporting multiple projects & ability of multi-tasking.

What you'll bring to the role:
·At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
·B.Tech or bachelor's degree with minimum 4 Yrs of IT Experience in Production/Application L2/L3 support.
·Hands-on experience Shell/Perl scripting & Automation
·Relational Databases (SQL/Sybase/DB2),MongoDB
·Basic Java Knowledge for troubleshooting
·Unix / Linux / Windows
·Autosys/Batch Mon
·ServiceNow tool
·Hands-on experience on setting up monitoring (E2E) & knowledge in tools AppDynamics / Splunk / PagerDuty / Sockeye or Prometheus/Grafana) will be added advantage.
·SRE role, Automation skill sets, Cloud application & respective infrastructure knowledge is a plus.
·Banking or BSFI prior domain experience will be added advantage.
