As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal part in HackerRanks’s mission to “Match Every Developer to the Right Job”. You enjoy driving time-to-value engagement and sustainable success with our customers through implementation and health-checks of our customers and are excited to make an impact.
What you’ll be working on:
Execute design on all stages from concept, wire-frames, high fidelity UI, engineering hand-off (that one is easy, you just clean your stuff and upload it to Zeplin), final fit & finish, to measuring your impact on our community of 5+ million developers and 1200+ customers
Collaborate with other designers, product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions to our products
Present designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Attend our design workshops on various topics (Jewelry, Costume design, HTML, or Pablo Escobar)
Keep building a developer love brand
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on, proven UI and UX experience (2+ years) with a passion to create elegant and compelling designs
Passionate about micro-interactions (little big details as we call them), typography and have nuanced views on how to make them even more delightful
Demonstrable thoughtfulness in design approach. Design that showcases practical design approach/solve problems creatively and effectively
Shipped a Product. You have weathered release cycles and know what is critical at each stage
Excellent communication skills including an ability to present your designs to various stakeholders
You are data oriented in your approach. Analytics plays a critical role in your decision making
Comfort in working with managers/peers in US
