They adapt and initiate change in the organization.About the role:As a Product UX Designer, your role goes beyond creating designs and interfaces. You'll need to understand what users truly need, solving their problems with intuitive and logical designs. Utilizing your design expertise and awareness of user expectations, you'll craft easy-to-follow navigations, represent complex information, and aesthetically pleasing designs. The objective is to ensure your designs not only have a visually appealing look but more importantly solve real problems for users, applying a first-principles approach.Job Requirements:-Experience - 6-8 years-Collaborate with the product team to comprehend business and feature requirements, into intuitive & Effective designs.-Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.-Create intuitive designs by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.-Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.-Take a user-centered design approach and iterate your designs.-Understand product specifications and user psychology.-Ensure seamless realization of high-quality designs by working closely with the development team.-Contribute as a team member in an interdisciplinary setup, involving designers, project management, business, and software developers.-Stay updated on the latest trends in product design.-Collaborate effectively with other designers to maintain a consistent, unified brand perception and user experience.Skills for Success in this Role:-A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.-A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.-Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.-Professional experience or educational background in designing user experiences for web and mobile applications.-Proficient with Design and Prototyping tools (Figma/Sketch).-Prior experience in a product company environment.-Deep understanding of design processes and research methodologies.-Being able to learn fast and being really motivated to take charge.-A degree in design or equivalent design experience.Compensation:If you are the right fit, we believe in creating wealth for you.
