maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization
using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers' current and
future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and
automation competency.
You'll make
a difference by:
·Responsible for
managing the P2P process, tools, and technology. Act as the point of contact
for tool training, vendor onboarding, registration at businesses, and weekly
performance reporting.
·Guide vendors
through the process and collaborate with customers to improve vendor adoption
of the digital P2P process.
·Support the
implementation of digital tools to drive revenue through process improvement,
supply chain automation, and increased productivity.
·Track progress of
automation tools, participate in meetings, and identify areas for improvement
and future action items.
·Ensure timely
responses to customer and vendor inquiries.
·Act as a Scrum
Master, promoting business agility for the PA team through Agile practices,
facilitating daily scrums, and assisting with task estimation to prevent
overcommitting.
·Continuously review
the performance of automated P2P tools, handle exceptions, and work to minimize
them while meeting customer expectations.
·Perform process
analytics such as supplier performance and lead time adherence.
·Coordinate with
teams to implement improvement projects.
Your
success is grounded in:
·Min. 4-5 yrs. of
experience in SCM/P2P/AP Analytics domain.
·Core knowledge of
the operational procurement process, including PR to PO, GRN, and GRIR clearing
(Projects, Factories, and Services).
·Basic understanding
of the P2P cycle and SAP MM module, with strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and
PowerPoint.
·Strong analytical
ability to identify and resolve problems methodically.
·Good communication
skills with a focus on problem-solving.
·Excellent
interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
·Proficient in
Project Management, SCRUM management, and customer-centric practices.
·Punctual,
self-disciplined, and honest in utilizing the work flexibility provided by the
