You'll make a difference by:
·Develops, proposes and / or implements methods, processes or programs related to payroll, and advises managers and / or employees accordingly for (an) assigned organization(s).
·Completes company specific payroll configurations and analyses for specific business cases, i.e., for mergers, acquisitions or integrations.
·Coordinates processing of payroll information among team members.
·Prepares and distributes various payroll reports for clients and management.
·Interfaces with P&O IT to ensure integration requirements are properly communicated and implemented.
·Reconciles payroll accounts.
·Responds to inquiries from clients or employees related to payroll and administration.
·Processes garnishment orders, withholding orders or levels including facilitating payments to agencies.
·Creating new hires profile in payroll system, including superannuation and tax information.
·Auditing flat files against employment contracts and ensuring quality is maintained in all systems.
·Maintaining employee records from time to time.
·Advising and supporting employees on updating master data in HR systems.
·Answering employee queries in shared mailbox and casing tool.
·Reporting exits and job changes to department of immigration.
·Processing the weekly payroll – 3 entities.
·Liaising with employees, managers and team assistances to ensure accuracy of payroll is maintained.
·Data entry and leave reconciliation from monthly payroll.
·Reconciliation for varies months and activities.
·Supporting payroll manager with month end / quarter end / year end in Australia and New Zealand.
·Ad hoc reporting.
·Data entry in superannuation portal, reconciliation and payments to clearing house.
·Employer and employee initiated separations – calculating the final payments as per different companies policies.
·Supporting payroll manager with shadow payroll processing.
·General administrative support..
Your success is grounded in:
·Bachelor's degree
·At least 3 to 4 years of proven working experience handling Australian Country Payroll
·Organizational skills
