Areasof Responsibility
·Imparting Electrical Safety Training across the business functions and external customer;atSITRUST,onsiteandonline.
·Developingcustomizedmodulesaspertheneed.Leveragingtechnologyandusingnewagepracticesandtraining pedagogy- onlinetools, modules, etc.
·Collaborating with Business EHS Heads for training need identifications and developmentofmodules.
·Reviewing Electrical related Risk Assessments , Safe Operating procedures, RFQrequirements etc.
·CSRSupport–ConductingtrainingforSiemensScholarshipProgram,Developmentofcourse material, etc.
·SupportSITRUSTHeadforexternalbusinessdevelopmentactivitiestoensureoverallgrowthofSITRUST.
·IdentifyanddevelopvendorpartnersforgreateroutreachofSITRUSTtrainings-forcontentdevelopmentanddelivery.
Whatyou need to makerealwhat matters!
Experience:
·Minimum12-15yearsofsuccessfulexperience in Electrical field/ Manufacturing / Construction (Project Management, EHS, Manufacturing, O&M,InstallationandCommissioning)andsuccessfuldemonstrationofkeyresponsibilitiesandknowledge.
·Around5yearsexperienceinleadingteams,interculturalexperience,projectmanagementexperiencewould bepreferable.
·Trainingexpertise inthe broaderspectrumofEHStopicswould bepreferable.
Education&Training:
·Graduate inElectricalEngineeringorElectrical&Electronics
·EHSrelatedcertification(e.g.ADIS, NEBOSH iDIP)would beanaddedadvantage.
·Trainedastrainer.
