Key Responsibilities
Final accountability of Supplier punctuality and lead time performance and the procurement planning execution. To define the raw materials reorder quantities and frequencies
To work proactively to improve the sourcing process leading the integration between different roles involved in it (purchasing, quality, logistics, suppliers, warehouse, procurement). Provides proactive and accurate communication in support of the Plan, Source, Make, deliver process to meet desired Customer.
To track the supplier's performance - manage vendors for right and timely delivery of the product. To apply the outcomes of the Analytics team analysis and ask to them, when necessary, new Ensure purchasing data quality compliance.
To manage the supplier agreement compliance, issues related to damage and short supply. To reduce lead time and increase supplier punctuality.
Record & Manage SNC with the help of QA, COE & Supplier with RCA &CAPA. Manage the inventory / stock level as per given target to ensure the Supply Chain's Inventory Objective.
Material replenishment for both production and sales orders (transit order). Responsible for the service received from supplier (lead time, punctuality, adherence to the agreement terms
Responsible for the procurement plan, execution, and its impact in inventory. Responsible of creating the Supply plan (Buy and Transfer) to meet customer demand, having visibility of all supply or demand on the plant/region.
Close relationship with procurement teams to facilitate suppliers (and to look for alternatives). Active role being capable to detect alternative vendors and internal stock opportunities whenever there are Issues.
Perform daily Planning/Procurement functions in support of order fulfilment/cost optimization objectives & ensure an effective and efficient Order-to-Supply process.

You bring
Bachelor's degree - Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or economics degree from reputed institute, along with an overall 9-13+ years of work experience.
Software- Kinaxis, SAP, Mathematical/Statistical Materials
Planning & Monitoring, Requirement Planning (MRP) Methodologies
Data Interpretation, Supply Network Planning,
Inventory - Tracking/Management
High proficiency in Inventory management, DDMRP, APICS, CPIM or CSCP a plus
Detailed understanding of Materials Replenishment Planning concepts and their role in supply planning
Hand on experience in Kinaxis RR, SAP ECC and MS office and Power BI
Detailed understanding of how a supply plan is generated and managed.
