1. Visit 25 Companies every month and generate vacancies in the ratio of 1:5, for every one student who is available in the data bank, generate 5 vacancies.
2. Strive to Achieve Your Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Placement Target.
3. Co-Ordinate with Students and HRs for Scheduling Interviews and Colleting Feedback post Interviews.
4. Conduct Weekly Placement Related activities for all the batches.
5. 100% Documentation of Placed Students to be collected. (Documents: Satisfaction letter, Appointment Letter, Testimonial etc).
6. Conduct Alumni Meet Once in every Quarter.
7. Conduct PTM along with the help of Technical Trainers Once a Month and Update the Parents about ongoing events in Jetking.
