Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description SummaryHe / She will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives across various location and also for fulfillment of parts as per BOM for projectsJob DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities- Material demand planning Reviews on the regular base the demand plan and acts accordingly to initiate or change in a timely manner the PO to Pay Process.- Shares forecast with supplier as defined. Procurement Reflects promptly the contractual conditions with supplier into ERP system.- Initiates and execute all necessary steps of the Procure to Pay process in line with sourcing strategy, Company instructions and procedures.- Work continuously to improve process performances in line with defined objectives (i.e PR to PO rate, late PR and Order Confirmation, Late Delivery dates, number of Blocked Invoices) Addresses the exceptions in alignment with the planning and the P&L function.- Takes into account supplier constraints in order to minimize risks to the delivery and extra costs. Manages long outstanding open PO's adequately.- Escalates issues as needed.- Monitoring performance levels Monitors supplier performance level on agreed KPI's and provides regular feed-back to suppliers, planning and P&L functions.- Implements improvement measures with the suppliers in alignment with other functions. Manages simple claims with suppliers.- As instructed, engages with P&L to improve the supplier's service and delivery performance. Populates agreed sections of standard reports such as Supplier Performance Evaluation.- Reporting: As needed provides reports needed for other functions Connect with supplier /logistics and customs teams to ensure smooth delivery of the material to project sites- Responsible for co ordination and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives across businessSkills :Risk management, negotiation skill, influencing skill, Change management and relationship managementEducation qualifications ;Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Min 3 years in Buyer/Purchasing/Procurement, Material & Supply planning, Knowledge of Customs Clearing Processes, Shipping, Transport & logistics.Certifications :Advanced excel certifications, Good knowledge of SAP and advanced excel skills essential Core CompetenciesAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided:Yes
