Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share within the assigned territory.
Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in existing and new retail outlets.
Manage and optimize product availability and visibility across retail channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
Preferred candidate profile
1-5 years of relevant field sales experience
Proven experience in sales, particularly within the FMCG sector/ B2B Sales.
Strong knowledge of FMCG products, sales strategies, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Bike and Telugu Language is mandatory.
