ROLE DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Firmwide Marketing COO Office is looking for a Financial Operations Support Associate jointly reporting to the India Expense Management team and Firmwide Marketing Finance Officer. As a Financial Operations Support Analyst providing expense management support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient financial operations of our Marketing division.
Primarily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Invoice Processing - Accurately review and process Marketing-related invoices, ensuring adherence to submission guidelines and procedures.
Vendor Setup Requests - Partner with Marketing groups to collect necessary information for new vendor setup and ensure timely submission of requests.
Expense Management Support - Assist with support-related inquiries, collaborate on adhoc projects and provide overall general support to the Marketing Finance team.
Process Improvement - Continuously identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the expense management process.
>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis. Vendor management experience or related field is a plus.
>Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices and handling financial records.
>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
>Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
>Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
>Time Management: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising accuracy.
>Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
