Join our TeamSupport Ericsson's service delivery strategy by ensuring quality, compliance and driving continuous improvement and cost optimization in the GSCs.Support deployment programs and common structures in site dimension. Identify and execute improvements in GSCs in collaboration with hosted BA units and relevant support functions.Additionally support as centralized PMO for all the GSCs to drive governances, OKRs and management reporting for GSCs.Responsibilities:• Responsible for GSCs strategy execution aligned with Group strategy.• Responsible for driving GSCs OKRs and KPI's and associated governance.• Responsible for driving GSC-wide initiatives ensuring local synergies.• Plan and drive cross SDU improvement initiatives from site perspective e.g. cost optimization, new working models like exploring tier-2 locations & hybrid ways of working, crisis management etc.• Responsible to plan and drive Operational System / Operational Excellence initiatives across all GSC Sites in close association with Global Site BE teams.• Define and administer internal ways of working and site-level common policies in collaboration with different units.• Responsible for supporting deployment of the service delivery quality strategy and culture in GSC.• Responsible to drive inter-GSC collaboration and best practice sharing.Required Skills and Competences:• 12+ years of experience in services business.• Domain experience of Strategy Execution.• Capable of formulating strategies and concepts.• Strategic thinker – balancing & right mix of long term & short-term objectives.• Good understanding on Ericsson structure, ways of working and company directives.• Extensive knowledge of Ericsson Customers, Portfolio, Delivery model & strategy.• Ericsson Brand Knowledge.• Excellent Project / Program Management skills.• Sound Business and Financial Acumen.• Good at Data Analytics & investigation techniques.• Good at presenting and communicating information.• Excellent knowledge in process management and Quality.• Customer oriented and business minded – has a consultative approach and focus on profitability.• Good Leadership and Change Management skills.• Strong capability to drive, motivate and co-operate.• Excellent communication and negotiations skills.Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
