Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Manager of Enlighted Global Technology Center (GTC) will primarily support the development and implementation of our people vision by working closely with business stakeholders in both Enlighted and Siemens, creating initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience, and supporting business strategies. This is a senior leadership position at GTC and will directly manage a team of HR partners in Chennai.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on designing and delivering appropriate performance enhancement initiatives, behavioral, technical, and leadership competencies to build capacity in talent management and retention
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within GTC
• Provide guidance and recommendations as required by supporting our team in all people-related areas including workforce planning, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning
• Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and incentive programs and regularly assess our existing policies and benefits to improve efficiencies and employee satisfaction
• Drive the performance management system by ensuring effective implementation of the performance appraisal process. Partner with global Leadership to facilitate continual performance improvement and development of a high-performance culture
• Act as a coach and mentor to our people and provide advice and guidance to our leadership team, using the metrics, external benchmarks, and best practice approaches to support decision-making
• Promote and sustain harmonious employee relations. Create a facilitative work environment through empowerment, discussion, and involvement. Serve as a key point of contact for providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances
• Lead initiatives to maintain high levels of employee morale and engagement, including company-wide programs, recognition systems, and employee surveys
Candidate Profile:
• Master's degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration, or related field.
• 10 Years of comprehensive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role or senior HR role, preferably in the IT or Technology sector. Experience in working for Start-up or GCCs is a huge plus
• In-depth knowledge of local HR & Admin policies including industry standards along with exposure to Labor Laws & Regulations
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Highly self-motivated, team player, adept at driving change within the organization
• Very high level of integrity & confidentiality
