Key responsibilities
Many contacts with other departments within dsm-firmenich (such as line manager, employee, HR colleagues) as well as with various external suppliers (such as moving company, tax provider, relocation agency, embassies).
Key contact with the regions to support global mobility activities
(Internal) customer relation with expatriates, including (top) executives of dsm-firmenich (officer and senior officer only)
Technological challenges (re: product and process innovation)
Process, development, and organization regarding International Assignments
External developments regarding fiscal, legal and social security aspects world-wide
Other relevant aspects: acquisitions, quality, environmental impact, complexity and risks, safety, and health
Safety situation in dsm-firmenich countries.
Health insurance situation in dsm-firmenich countries.
You bring
Graduation or pos-graduation degree, preferably in HR.
Knowledge of dsm-firmenich, its structures and work processes world-wide
Knowledge of the international assignment process and all its aspects
Knowledge of fiscal aspects regarding international assignments world-wide
Knowledge of social security aspects regarding international assignments world-wide
Knowledge of international remuneration systems
Affinity with terms and conditions of employment and knowledge of existing and new regulations in that field.
Affinity with complex HR and personnel issues. Affinity with line management
