Job Description SummaryThe Lead Project Planner drives excellence in project planning, scheduling, and resource management to support the on-time and on-budget delivery of project solutions for our customers, from proposal development through project completion.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesProvide functional expertise and leadership in project planning and schedulingDevelop project schedules using established tools, processes, and standardsEnsure resources are assigned and available to execute project work in accordance with the planMaintain project schedules to accurately reflect work progress and remaining workAnalyze project progress and schedule performanceIdentify variances from plan, risks, and emerging trends that may signal concernDrive recovery and acceleration plans as neededReport and review schedule progress, regularly, with the project teamEscalate issues or risks that have not been properly addressedEnsure clear alignment between cost and scheduleAnalyze the impact of change orders on schedule performanceProvide contractually required customer reportsDevelop reference schedules for common solutions to streamline the schedule creation processProvide accurate and timely performance reports to senior managementSupport continuous improvement and transformative innovationRequired QualificationsBachelors Degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of 8 years of Project Management or Project Planning experienceDesired CharacteristicsExperience in project planning and scheduling, and earned value analysisExperience with Primavera P6Strategic thinker with a track record for developing innovative solutions to difficult problemsWork with North American region team during night shifts (6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST)Strong interpersonal and leadership skills#LI-CK1Additional Job DescriptionAdditional InformationCompensation GradeLPB1Relocation Assistance Provided:Yes
