How will you make an impact in this role?
Managing Oracle/IRIS Operations process including customer query, managing inbound & outbounds and application access.
Support all Maintenance related activities in Oracle/IRIS and other financial systems like Essbase, HFM/HFR, OBIEE, etc.
Ensure compliance with agreed SLA, internal guidelines, accounting policies/ protocols and managing internal and external audits.
Ensure process health through metrics-based governance.
Support and participate in process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives including business partner and customer initiatives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders - Process Owners, Product owner, Technology partners.
Always ensure Financial Integrity and proactively identifying risks.
Profile /Experience–
Strong customer management experience and needs to interact with various business users/units.
Strong functional skills backed with accounting domain knowledge. Knowledge of IRIS/Oracle/ERP/OBIEE.
Functional knowledge on Finance Processes.
Qualification /Critical Skills / Knowledge required
B.COM/B. Tech/MBA/Postgraduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience.
Strong People leadership skill.
Strong functional knowledge on Finance.
A strong ERP knowledge, Well-Developed Analytical Skills including financial accounting / reporting understanding.
Change management exposure, including establishing new processes.
A fast/keen learner with the ability to learn a detailed process quickly.
Ability to share technical knowledge and proactively encourage others to do the same. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible to work in shifts as team require to have 24x7 support especially during the month close
Nature and complexity of communication handled by the role (internal & external)–
Ability to interact with Business for gathering requirements independently and provide solutions to new requirements.
Socializing with multiple stakeholders to operationalize change or setup a new process.
This is a people leadership position.
The incumbent should have prior experience of leading a team of at least upto10 people and should be able to take responsibility for driving and managing a high level of Employee Motivation and Engagement
