Junior Tester

3-5 years of total experience in Performance Testing using Loadrunner

Responsibilities:
Execute performance tests (load, stress, endurance, etc.) using LoadRunner
Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios
Analyse test results, identify trends, and report findings
Collaborate with performance engineers to identify root causes and recommend optimizations
Participate in test planning, test data management, and test environment setup
Ensure test coverage and accuracy
Develop data driven test automation scripts and execute performance and load testing
Understanding of performance testing methodologies and principles
Basic programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
