About this opportunity:
At Ericsson, we have an exciting opening for an Improvement and Performance Manager in the Service Delivery Division. This unique role allows you to identify, drive, support and facilitate significant transformations and changes, directly translating business requirements into tangible results. You'll have the chance to substantially improve customer service, operational efficiency, financial performance, and instigate crucial cultural transformations. As an integral part of our team, you'll set goals, manage operational performance, and deliver analytical expertise to our transformation initiatives, business flows, units, and functions.
What you will do:
Min 5 years into Transmission and knowledge on Service delivery related tools.-
Analyze processes, workflows, operations and organizations, proposing improvements proactively.
- Define business cases and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for transformation initiatives.
- Identify and manage risks associated with transformation initiatives.
- Drive transformation initiatives from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring meeting of OKRs and fulfillment of the business case.
- Facilitate efficient and effective changes to deliver improved operational and financial performance.
- Actively drive target setting and manage operational performance.
