We're looking for Estonia Immigration Manager. You will serve as the face of the company in various settings, providing invaluable support to internal teams, clients, and new prospects, ensuring the immigration process is seamless and efficient for all parties involved. You need to be willing and ready to work remotely.
Job Description
Your responsibilities will be:
Support and advise Jobbatical teams with immigration and relocation related information, including on applicable immigration requirements, invoicing, processes, client and talent relations;
Carry out immigration and relocation related trainings;
Manage relocation cases, including designing relocation process, preparing immigration related documentation, attend in-person immigration appointments, communicating with Embassies and Government institutions;
Provide relocation related consultations for talents and clients;
Analyse, design and maintain relocation processes, workflows and guidelines;
Take initiative and manage immigration and relocation-related projects;
Analyse, design and manage the settle-in services, including partnerships and contractors;
Research immigration and relocation processes and procedures in Estonia and other countries;
Act as an immigration thought leader by staying current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and leveraging this knowledge to benefit Jobbatical's positioning;
Represent Jobbatical at events, conferences, and webinars to promote the company's services and expertise in immigration;
Proactively carry out immigration and relocation-related trainings for internal teams and clients. Propose webinars and other educational events;
Maintain and support existing clients by addressing their needs proactively and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention;
Provide relocation-related consultations for talents and clients to ensure smooth; transitions and high satisfaction rates;
Cooperate with Revenue team to ensure successful client experience;
Identify and pursue new potential clients to drive business growth through strategic networking and relationship-building activities;
Undertaking other duties and tasks connected with work or deriving from the nature of the work delegated by the Employer.
Qualifications
You will be successful in this position if you:

have a natural ability to connect with foreign talent and empathize with their struggles
have demonstrated success in EU and non-EU immigration to Estonia
have knowledge of the settle-in process
have experience in a client-facing position
have project management skills like independence in running your work, are keen to take initiative, are good with strict timelines, and have strong attention to detail
are an Estonian speaker, but are also a fluent communicator in English
are outgoing & friendly
have can-do-attitude (hands-on), you are proactive
have good attention to detail
are trustworthy
