At Twilio, we support diversity, equity & inclusion wherever we do business.About the jobThe Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing (EBRM) team aims to strategically amplify Twilio's unique values, culture, and career opportunities, ensuring an authentic representation that attracts the best builders around the world. Twilio is looking for an Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Specialist in India, to help drive innovative talent marketing initiatives that positions Twilio as an employer of choice, fosters a positive candidate experience, and ultimately drives the effectiveness and success of the Talent Acquisition team.   The ideal candidate should have a passion for communications, content development, and digital marketing and a strong understanding of the global talent landscape.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll:Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, workforce planning, and talent acquisition) to understand functional hiring plans and challenges and build strategies that align with the team's objectives. Collaborate with team members and agency partners to develop and implement effective talent marketing plans to attract qualified candidates and enhance Twilio's employer brand awareness globally. Support the delivery of consistent, on-brand marketing communications.Track data and monitor the effectiveness of talent marketing deliverables. Assist in managing agency and vendor relationships.Identify and engage employee ambassadors to help drive brand awareness through Twilio's employee advocacy tool, content, and recruiting events. Partner with copywriting and design partners to drive content creation. For example, blogs, digital and print assets, and video.Proactively research and present ideas that  help improve operational excellence, extend our brand reach, and attract active and passive talent.Qualifications Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!Required:Has 4+ years of experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing or corporate marketing engaging tech talent globally.Strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a solid track record of delivering successful talent marketing projects. Ability to work independently, influence and build effective working relationships in a fast paced environment. Experience developing content for employee blogs, social media channels, and recruiting events. Must be fluent in English (written and verbal). Desired:Video and photo editing. Graphic design skills (Photoshop). Experience using tools like Canva, Bitly, EveryoneSocial, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Vimeo, Adobe experience manager or other content management tools. Specific experience developing talent marketing plans for India, Colombia or  Irelend talent markets. LocationThis role will be based remotely in India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi)What We OfferThere are many benefits to working at Twilio, including, in addition to competitive pay, things like generous time-off, ample parental and wellness leave, healthcare, a retirement savings program, and much more.
