Job responsibilities
Promotion of Apprenticeship program
Support recruitment and onboarding processes of fresher Apprentices
Maintain the equipment in the workshop and labs.
Maintain records of Apprenticeship training.
Conduct upskilling & reskilling training for existing workforce.
Desired qualification & experience
NCVT / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Trade with 10 to 15 years of experience
Ability to read, explain and wire complex electrical circuits
Knowledge of product testing
Basic Fitting Knowledge
Experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting of machine tools
Knowledge of Safety practices.
Knowledge of Motor, Transformer winding
Knowledge of Power electronics
