What You Will Do
Requirement Analysis and Documentation:
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify business problems and gather detailed requirements.
Document and analyze requirements for configuring, testing, and launching CRM solutions, specifically Salesforce and CPQ.
Interpret requirement analysis to uncover value creation opportunities and improve business processes.
Configuration and Testing:
Configure Salesforce and CPQ systems based on documented requirements.
Support and conduct testing cycles, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, and system testing.
Develop and maintain training materials and provide training as necessary.
Project Support:
Assist the Project Manager with project updates and scheduling.
Design and document new processes and system changes to enhance functionality and efficiency.
Break down large project stories into smaller, manageable stories for delivery within agile sprints.
Agile Methodology:
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Collaborate with on-site Business Systems Analysts to groom Jira backlog and serve as the point of contact for the offshore delivery team regarding functional requirements.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Provide clear and concise documentation and communication to stakeholders and team members.
Job Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce and CPQ solutions.
Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis.
Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and CPQ implementations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience with project management and supporting project-related activities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Salesforce or CPQ are a plus.
