Position's Overview

Job responsibility:
Handling inbound calls from providers/callers.
Develops tactical and operational plans to achieve key milestones in the project.
May coach and mentor less experienced team members.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements.
Ensure that all assigned inbound calls are resolved.
Follows the basic rules as provided on the SOP.
Helps resolve outstanding issues from previous transactions.
Need to adhere to the schedule shared by workflow management team

Minimum Education and Certifications:
Graduate (15 Years of Complete education).

Skills:
Any Graduates (complete 15 years of education with original marksheets and degree).
Excellent Communication (both verbal & written) as the associates will be talking to US Customers.
Multitasking – Able to create note (type) along with answering the call.
Overall relevant experience required – 1 to 2 years.
Mandatory experience of Customer Service in International Voice Process.
Comfortable in customer handling.

Comfortable in handling inbound voice calls.
Comfortable working in night shift (US Shift) from office (Location – Noida).
