Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Benefit Fulfillment specialist, responsible for managing and administering the benefits offered to the card members. The ideal candidate should have experience in benefits administration, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Work with our business partners on the benefits offered to the card members.
Understand the management approach, principles and procedures, and apply these in practice.
Create and maintain complete and accurate records to support the processes and meet audit requirements.
Build relationships and manage challenging customer requirements and expectations.
Assist with the design and implementation of new benefits programs or policies.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to benefits.
Educate employees about their benefits through presentations, meetings, or written communications.
Administer benefits enrollment and termination processes.
Handle benefits-related inquiries from employees and address their concerns promptly.
Manage back office related activities

Experience & Academic Background:
Graduate with 3+ years of experience

Functional Skills/Capabilities:

Knowledge of Sabre / GDS and understanding of Travel business preferred
Excellent relationship and communication skills (written / oral) with proven ability to influence and negotiate with colleague /partners within and outside of TLS at all levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities and be able to pivot priorities when required
Ability to excel when faced with ambiguity in a matrixed, fast paced environment and utilize change management principles to drive results
Proven ability to develop detailed execution plans (tasks, dependencies, timelines, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Tools such as Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
