Job Description
In this role, you will play a crucial part in Vialto's finance and accounting department. Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring accurate financial reporting, adherence to accounting standards, and the effectiveness of internal controls.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Fully understands Finance & Accounting functions and common best practices/processes for how they operate, as well their interactions in an F&A lifecycle.
Manages the delivery of all F&A services for assigned engagements including the planning, execution and management of month end close deliverables.
Managing overall financial operations of the country end to end.
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as per US GAAP and local statutory requirements
General Accounting: Preparation and posting of journals. Fixed assets processes and perform all other activities related to General Ledger on SAP
Scrutiny of General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, cash reconciliation
Performing various controls in order to maintain accuracy in the financial reporting
Supports general ad hoc reporting requests.
Coordinates audit preparation and responds to information requests to support tax filings, local statutory audits and Global audits.
Support the transition of entire accounting system and procedures for different countries being onsite/ offsite
Support SAP implementation, migration and smooth hyper care after implementation
Ensure robust financial accounting systems to provide accurate and timely information for management reporting
Additional Information
Chartered Accountant with minimum 1- 3 years of experience.
