About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Associate - Credit Card Operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform End Of Day (EOD) Operations for both the US and Indian markets.
Responsibilities
Perform and monitor credit card system EOD operations on a regular basis.
Ensure that all pre-EOD and post-EOD checks are performed.
Participate in bug and incident resolution processes.
Ensure that all exception reports and errors are monitored and resolved in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, finance, marketing, and customer service, to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline credit card operations while ensuring adherence to internal controls and risk management protocols.
Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to identify and address operational gaps, errors, and potential fraud risks.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to credit card operations, and recommend appropriate actions or enhancements.
Analyze operational data and generate reports to evaluate performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management.
Provide training and guidance to team members on credit card processes, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information.
