We're seeking a future team member for the role ofAssociate, Client Processing Representative IIto join our team. This role is located inPune, MH/ Chennai, TN – HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Processing buy and sell orders, reconciling trade confirmations, and ensuring timely and accurate settlement of transactions.
Ensuring that the firm's internal records match external sources such as bank statements, trade confirmations, and customer accounts.
Identifies, investigates, and resolves problems in client accounts or company records.
Facilitating the transfer of securities between brokerage firms, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree required
Min 5 to 7 years of total work experience required
Experience in financial security type and their processing.
Understanding of the trade lifecycle
Hands on experience on all application of MS Office. Working knowledge on tools like Power query and Power BI will add value.
Be highly organized, focused with practiced skills in operating effectively to tight deadlines within a high-risk and high volume environment.
Strong analytical skills and Attention to detail
Ability to work with large data sets
Problem-solving skills.
