We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Technology Liaison II to join our BTS BUSINESS SUPPORT – INDIA team. This role is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu – Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Uses defined or documented processes to collect and define requirements from businesses or functional areas.
Execute User Acceptance Test plans, as well as testing system modifications to prepare for implementation.
Works with users and peers on planning, implementing, and supporting new or existing applications. Uses knowledge of business needs to provide design support to software and application development teams.
Coordinate with cross functional team, stakeholders, and business leaders
Provides data-driven recommendations and reports to business
Facilitate Training and Guidance to Technical Team
Writing Scope Document
Writing Business Requirement Document, User Stories/ Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Expertise in Software Testing/User Acceptance Testing
Experience in Agile methodology
Knowledge on Payments domain
Experience in using Jira/Confluence
