The Wind Fleet Performance Engineer will provide technical engineering solutions to field technicians, internal functions including engineering and supply chain, and customers.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university3+ Years of experience in Wind turbine Field Services and Engineering.Desired CharacteristicsWind turbine industry experienceKnowledge of or experience working with wind turbine bladesBackground in composite materialsAttention to detail and able to follow structured work methodsStrong quality awareness and ability to identify future failures, defects and problemsStrong written and verbal communications skillsAbility to learn technology outside of one's specialtyA strong team player who can work with multicultural teamsHighly flexible and motivatedExperience working as a wind turbine blade technicianAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided:Yes
