Academic Technical Lab Enablement Lead

As the Academic Technical Lab Enablement Lead, you will play a crucial role in helping IBM and university stakeholders (faculty, students, and broader learner ecosystems) succeed in helping prepare students for a successful career leveraging technology. Your responsibilities will include:Design and Develop Labs: Create innovative hands-on-labs and learning experiences focused on AI technologies and supporting products to drive adoption and engagement at universities.
Deliver Training: Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to enable the faculty. Provide ongoing support through office hours.
Curriculum Integration: Assist universities in incorporating IBM's content into their curriculum, ensuring alignment with academic goals and standards.
Documentation and Best Practices: Capture and document best practices for AI and Data technologies, creating articles, tutorials, hands-on workshops, and demos.
Engagement and Advocacy: Engage with university stakeholders and non-profit partners, fostering relationships and promoting IBM technologies.
Project Leadership: Lead projects involving multiple technical teams and external stakeholders across geographies, ensuring successful development, implementation and deployment of labs within the IBM curriculum.
